Q: Im an ex-pat, currently living in Hyderabad. I want to invest in a nice, big apartment in Coimbatore. A friend told me about the Srivari Vaibhav. Does the project have large apartments? Any further info on this?
Latest Answer: Hey do you want a big apartment as in a large built-up area, or big as in the number of bedrooms? I think for either you will be happy with the apartments at Srivari Vaibhav. There are 2, 3, and 4 bhks, and all the apartments are priced at the same Rs 5100 per square foot. The apartments start from Rs 64 lacs and go up to Rs 1.2 crores. The usual amenities are provided, like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse facilities, 24 hour power back up and security.

Q: What is the status of the Ukkadam flyover? Will it be a good idea to invest in an apartment around that area?
Latest Answer: Hi there. Yes both this project and the Gandhipuram Flyover project were proposed by the State Highways Department in the year 2011. The flyover is going to be a three-tier one, and would stretch for 1.5km, connecting Ukkadam with Athupalam, decongesting the traffic along the areas of Ukkadam and Oppanakara Street. So if you’re considering investing in this market, I suggest that you do it immediately and in either of the above mentioned areas, as they will see the maximum price appreciation.

Q: I will be moving to Coimbatore from Patna pretty soon for work. I’ve heard a lot about the locality of R.S. Puram, and I’m thinking of buying a 2BHK apartment there. Can anyone tell me if R.S. Puram is a good residential area to move into with my family?
Latest Answer: Also there is some illegal power connection issue in this locality. Some illegal dealings have occurred as commercial and residential buildings have been offered low tension connections. So now they can get remaining power supply from other locality transformers. This is being investigated.
