Q:Hey guys, any update on Le Solitairian City project? I heard possession of this project will be late ! Provide some details about project approval & possession. I am planning to invest here.
Latest Answer: Yes, construction is hugely delayed by builder. Builder is giving great problem, buyers are suffering. Due to this I want to sell my 1bhk at booking price of ₹3104 in aug. 2013. Till March 2017 only 8 floor structure is raised out of 28 floor building and possession date is Dec. 2018. Work is very very slow. The above reviews by zuned are certainly misleading.

Check taken by Builder. Now after cancellation of unit not returning our booking amount + bank loan payment to bank.
