Q: Hi, I am looking to purchase a property in Bhopal for residential purpose.
Desired time of Moving in the property: Year 2020
Options being Considered:
1. Invest in upcoming project of some well known builder (whose risk of defaulting are minimal). Investing now can mean pre-launch prices which are generally lower. To consider this option I will need few good builders (Like Brigade in Bangalore or Jaypee in NCR) and if they have any good projects coming up.

2. Second option I am considering is buying a plot right now in some good gated community/township and getting it developed maybe in 2019 by some reputed developer/contractor. For this option I will again need the names of few good builders offering such plots and names of few reputed developers who develop a property on given plot

Advice Needed: 1. Queries mentioned in both the options
2. Which among the two is a better option to consider as of now?

Final Desired Property: A villa (plot size approx 2000 sq. ft.) to move in by 2020 in well gated community/township having good ammenities and security.

I hope I am clear in posting my requirements. Still if any further clarification is needed, please do ask!

Latest Answer: The next step is to protecting the land that's not yet been encroached upon. "We have uploaded information of all our resources on a cloud-based software, which can be accessed from anywhere. Our officers have been given android-based smart-phones with camera, and have been asked to photograph land parcels in their jurisdiction.
