Latest Answer: Sir, I have received Allotment letter from SRS Project P Ltd Sector-84, Faridabad to continue to invest with them by alloting me a 2 BHK flat at 15th Floor which has carpet area 475 Sq. Feet and Balcony area 100 Sq. Feet and i have heard there are very little chance to get appriciation in these area and advised me to surrender it. Please suggest what should i do.Thnking you in advance. Anil Kumar Delhi

Q: Are loans available for affordable housing projects? Is there any issues in getting loans for these projects?
Latest Answer: You are right guys. Though loans are available, many buyers cannot afford to borrow. There should be some change in system of getting home loans for affordable projects. It has to be made easy for low-income people.

Q: Why there are not many projects coming up with low-cost housing?

Latest Answer: Since the rates of plots are very high in the metropolitan cities, developers are interested to invest in peripheral areas such as Bhiwadi, Bawal and Manesar in NCR region and Ambivili and Karjat near Mumbai. Thus, many affordable housing projects in India have been coming up in suburban areas.

Q: Why the builders are not interested in developing the affordable housing projects?
Latest Answer: Hi Everybody, It is heard that the Maharashtra government would also emphasis on developing infrastructure and the 3000 km long state highways that would be developed as national highways. He ask for the developers group to join hands with the government in building a new Maharashtra. Is it right?
