Yesterday, i heard that the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, will invest Rs. 160 crore along with Tata Value Homes (TVH), a subordinate of Tata Housing to finance affordable housing projects for low income group across India.

Feet and Balcony area 100 Sq. Feet and i have heard there are very little chance to get appriciation in these area and advised me to surrender it. Latest Answer: You are right guys. Though loans are available, many buyers cannot afford to borrow. There should be some change in system of getting home loans for affordable projects. It has to be made easy for low-income people.
