Q: Discuss Chennai real estate market and how smart city project development impact overall Chennai residential market?
Latest Answer: Chennai is truly moving quick and the rate of improvement may very well surpass other metropolitans, if infrastructure is given more consideration along with, real estate and construction. I was in OMR the other day inspecting sites for properties like Shine & Mandarin, the entire IT corridor is admirable, and the smartcity ought to be reconstructed like this. I am pleased to be an inhabitant of the current developing Chennai. Having a spot in the heart of OMR is awesome, thanks to Radiance Realty for being such a dependable firm. Hopefully well see more from this amazing city and it wont disappoint on any account.

Latest Answer: Yes, to get appropriate result, govt. should support those cities or state first. Government grants will be leveraged to attract funding from internal and external sources but unless there is a possible business model or guarantee from the centre, this would not be easy. Also, the track record of Public Private Partnership projects is at best mixed and when there would be multiple parties associated like the center, states, local bodies and private entities, the task would be even more challenging.
