Q:Every month they put up the same construction picture on the website. Any news on when they are going to complete it and give possession? What recourse is available to us buyers?

I have got notice for final payment. It includes additional charges for meter connection , CCTV, beam barrier etc. Are you paying for it? Is there any compensation from builder for delay?
Q:can suggest here that all owners should ask compensation from builder. Like rent of the month for delay. Many owners are having loans and few are also staying on rent. So all owners must ask a fix amount per month for such delay. I shocked knowing that project is running from 4 years and no possession due to whatever reason. Ask for rent amount as per the rent rates in that area per month till you get possessions.

I heard many projects are pending for possessions or delayed for many years. Neo City wagholi Pune, Pristine Ivy Estate Pune, Jalan Aura City Pune and Maple Apla Ghar. and Pristine city Bakori Road. All projects are having issues of work delay. I know these builders are good but why these projects owners are facing problems now days. I will suggest if some one getting ready possession flat in these projects book it immediately else booking under possession in these projects then big NO
Q:I am a Customer of Subh Grih Project, Boisar. I got a letter from
Tata housing, tata housing not giving Possession in Jun-11. Before one
Year Tata Housing had sent completion letter, about 70% complete. In
Jul-11 Tata Housing had sent completion letter, about 90% Completed. I
had submitted completion letter in Bank for next installment. I would
like to inform you that I am living on rent. I pay 7,000 Per Month and
had paid 18% interest of late payment installment to Tata housing. 18%
is too much I have paid fine. Now, Possession being late. So, I need
compensation 7000/- Per month. Tata housing Send mail and letter also:
reschedule the delivery to November/ December 2011. Now saying, building
not completed and not giving possession date also. Before one year Tata
housing proudly had told me, Will give Possession before deadline. After
getting all payments, not giving possession date. Now Saying Seven month
More. Not ready to give compensation.
What should I do ?

Showing excuse of labor shortage, Water pipe line problem.
