Q: I am looking for 2BHK flat. I want to know current rate of 2BHK flat in Green World, Airoli.
Is the area of 2BHK flat - 1245 sq ft?
Latest Answer: also include parking, club, ecs, service tax, floor rise. I thinks we are talking about 1.45cr here

Q: What is the latest update?
by what month / year /date will the structure be ready? when can we get the position?
Latest Answer: Builder has already taken 88% of the total due. Of remaining 12% 4% is due on possession. I expect this to be completed by end 2017. If not, then it would be very hard to continue paying rent as well as near full emi.

Q: I have heard that there is an issue related to the OC for this property considering it is falling in CRZ-2 area. Is it correct?? The banks are also providing loan for this property. Also let me know if OC is mandatory for resale of flat if obtaining loan from any bank.
Should i invest in this property? Please advise.
Latest Answer: Oc is a required document. You can not sell your property in absence of OC. Yo have seen the result of Campa Cola Societies in absence of OC.

Q: Possession date is not finalized yet and he keeps on increasing it by two months from last TWO years.
Not a reliable builder at all.
Amenities mentioned were not available: Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Club House, Garden.

But, an easier way to regain the trust of the buyer would be through timely delivery of projects.

Q: Hi, i had shown interest in Airoli Green World project for this i had been to their office and spoke to Akshar's marketing executive. As per his words had paid some amt to book the flat and he gave me written on a chit. 2 weeks back i paid to him a Cheque to get the allotment letter.. However they havent yet processed the cheque and giving some or the other reasons. Need a help as to why they are taking so long to process it. Is my money safe? What should i do in this current situation.
Latest Answer: Allotment letter is vital in availing loan from the bank, as the letter mentions the amount of money which you have to pay to the builder/housing society, so that remaining amount can be financed by the bank. On the basis of this letter, generally the bank finances the remaining amount.

Q: Status of Sunteck Orion in Airoli- Delay in commencement of work for lack of approvals? When will this project start. Its been a year since its prelaunch and i hear that it does'nt have required appropriation about your Question.
