Q: Hi, which are the top 3 affordable areas in Mumbai for buying property?
Latest Answer: Hey Ritu, I am planning to buy my first house in Nalasopara. Is it good decision? The locality is not so famous as Mira Road and Panvel but still popular due to lower property prices. I think that the extended up Mumbai Metro up to Virar will certainly boost this locality?

Q: Panvel, Mira Road and Andheri East are the 3 top areas in MMR to buy residential properties in 2015.
Latest Answer: Hey Pranab, I think Mira Road is not a bad option in this budget. As the area is lituated just beyond Dahisar in the far northern part of Mumbai, the area has an variety of 1/2BHK apartments ranging from Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore. The capital value falls in the range of Rs 7000-8000/sq-ft.

Q: I am looking to buy a 2BHK property near Mumbai. It could be Kharghar, Ulve, Taloja, Virar, Nalasopara, or any other area that is close to Mumbai. My budget is 40-50lac, prefer to put in under construction where I can pay in slabs. Can someone pls advise which area is good in terms of investment and if there are any ongoing projects... Many thanks
Latest Answer: Hey guys, Apart from the above mentione locality one can search property in Nalasopara. It is a suburb of Mumbai situated in the neighbourhood of Vasai-Virar region in the northern part of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The area is governed by the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC). The area is now coming up on the radar of affordable housing.
