Avoid this project
Q: We have a flat booked in this project. We failed to pay one of the installments on time of about 4 lacs when we went later with the amount, they did not accept the payment. They asked us to cancel the booking or pay the new higher rate. Although, as per the agreement we pay 24% interest. But they just wouldn't agree. And if we cancel, they would deduct 50% of the booking amount. This is just not fair. For people who are looking to buy flats in this project, I would say avoid it.

Latest Answer: Any one getting tenants in Aircastles? if so pls let us know what were the basics provided to them? like furnished flat? We have a flat htere and wanting to rent it out...but not succeeded so far.
