Q: Hello, Have the Kochi Metro Authority taken relevant steps to divert traffic now that the metro work is crowding up the roads?
Latest Answer: You know what it is really not an easy decision for the corporation. The corporation faces a tough situation. While one section of public complain against traffic congestion another protests against losing their livelihood. Even though we removed the hawkers they would return soon.

Q: Hi, I want to know more about any development going on in the kochi's infrastructure development, especially, the Kochi metro.

Latest Answer: Oh yeah..there are some very good plans for women empowerment also. Especially from the KMRL to make the city safer for women. Q: Hi..since construction work at kochi metro will start on its desired time , then why does any side roads have been laid..?? Traffic will increase if these roads are nor relayed.
Latest Answer: Totally agree with you Lewin...Relaying of side roads is specially important on the stretch between Edappally and Kaloor because once the metro is initiated at this sector then the traffic will have to be averted from the old highway linking Edappally, Mamangalam, Palarivattom and Kaloor.
