Q: Hey Guys,
Share some information about Greater Kailash. I heard it is a investment hub !! How is the locality?
Latest Answer: Hi Guys, As per the news, a drop in home deals has pushed developers inventory to untenable levels in the NCR of Delhi, making conditions at a genuine price correction that builders have so far evaded . There are approx 175,000 unsold apartment units in NCR and some are under construction. While deals have been on a slide in the majority of the big cities, the issue in the NCR is strange. High costs and huge sizes has pushed the majority of the apartment units past the range of average home purchasers.

Q: I heard in news, Delhi Urban Arts Commission is suggesting to raise the residential height limit.
Latest Answer: Hi Mr Pranab, At present, there is no standard rule for building height, and when a current bungalow is repaired, the stature and coverage must be same as that of the old one. According to sources, all the bungalows have outlasted their utility route back in the 1980s. These bungalows with high roofs/ceilings were constructed by the British when we had poor electricity supply.
