Q:i am planning to invest in they sealink.i have paid them 1 lac but rest of they amt i will pay them later. just wanna know that is this legal or its fraud bcz above comments i am reading it & it simplifies that its not legit
Latest Answer: you dont have to pay 100% amount. 50% amount will be paiad after development. and development is done after grampanchayat approval. Actually developers need approval from collector also if the project is big. In my opinion cidco is good, but cost will increase about 6 times. If paper is clear and you are farmer, their shouldnt be any problem. Go with legal procedure.
Latest Answer: one easy way to check land papers is to show those papers to bank. they will tell you whether you can buy that land or not. and tell them that you want to buy to build house. and you need housing loan.
