Wiout QC and CC certificate we can shift in flats?
Q: Hi All, I have booked flat in officer city 1 (Ready to move) and as per builder we can shift in the flat after full payment and he will give us possession letter on same day. Can anybody please suggest me that any builder can shift without OC and CC approval.

Latest Answer: Builder has no right to delivered physical possession without getting the OC. However, some builders only to save the penalty amount offer the possession, which totally against the law, buyer can lodge the complaint against them. Regards Sunil Tiwari, Advocate 9717161215

I have booked a flat in a project at Kandivali west, Mumbai and paid builder 30L. He has not yet got the CC
Q: The builder was supposed to give possession in 2014. The project is in re-development, existing tenants and new owners, The builders has already built 5 slabs yest to build 3 more slab

Latest Answer: Hi Deepak, The Supreme Court has held that a consumer has the right to approach the Civil Court or the Forum under the Consumer Protection Act for relief in a situation where the builder commits breach of his obligations.

do you provide OC and CC and all other legal documents ?
Q: Since OC and CC are one of the mandatory documents, I would be expecting these legal documents to be provided on buying the property here

Latest Answer: There is hardly any information available about the project over internet. Do check which all banks are providing loan for this project and is it a BBMP approved project?

When are we getting the possession for this property.
Q: This property was supposed to be ready by December-2011. When will the property get ready. I have been told that the property construction is delayed due to CC.

Latest Answer: You can join the owners group of Satellite Royale and meet other owners of the same and discuss. Form a group and altogether and ask the builder.
