That's why i suggest all my buyer friends to read all the clause. Most of the clause mentioned in the agreement benefit for the builders not for the buyers. So, read all the clause carefully before registration.

So if you are buying, be ready to pay 3-4 lacs penalty.

Q:When i book apartment, they said the car parking charges are Rs 50000. Now they are asking Rs 1,55000.00 for me. For some of them they have collected Rs 90000. They are charging differently for different people. Anyone has the similar experience?
Latest Answer: They have given the parking charges as 50000.00 in an additional sheet (It has schedule of payments and other details ) attached with provisional allotment order. But they are not giving any written request for 1.55lakhs. They simply ask money when you in person and through phone calls, They claim they have only limited car parking space, if we don't pay the money in cash, they wouldn't give parking space. More over for open discussion with other buyers this site Commonfloor is not displaying this discussion now. Only positive reviews are displayed here in this site.
