Builder is saying that the date of possession will be December'2016. It is my personal advice to you, before investing in any project across the country, check all the legal documents like IOD, CC, approval from the fire department, if it is high rise apartment then Airport Authority approval etc. In that way you can save your hard earned money.

Keemaya Heights by Keemaya Build Pvt. Ltd. is under construction and they have just started the plinth work.
They are charging Rs. 15500/sq-ft now. And the delivery date will be around December'2016.
Latest Answer: At the same time pre-launch and new launch are too risky even if its a good builder. Prices are too high for others that are close to completion. Good area is also another issue. So, many projects that I felt look good find that area is not great or builder has some issues with approvals etc.
