Planned development, infrastructure is making Navi Mumbai the New Jersey of Mumbai
Q: It is a bunch of tall buildings without character, an area for low-cost housing and that is generally a place which is way too far.

Latest Answer: Good Morning Amreesh, The National Green Tribunal was established in 2010 for expeditious disposal of cases relating to environmental protection and conservation of forests. It can penalize, order status and restoration of damaged environment. MoEF proposes and adjudicating authority to determine if violation is minor, non-substantial or substantial. It also proposes, draft bill not clear on what basis the distinction can be made.

Latest Answer: Hey Guys, Local people griefed about this initiative taken by Delhi Development Authority. It is not fair to ruin the huts & farms of poor farmers who cultivate vegetable in the bank of Yamuna river. At least some time should be given to clear their property & farms. They worked hard to survive by selling spinach, cucumber & other vegetable. How come it is a good initiative by NGT or DDA ??
