Q: My builder has applied for an occupation certificate. He had received an CC on 2009 but did not receive an OC. It was said that the building came under CRZ. How do verify the genuinity of the claim.

Occupation Certificate Issue
Q: Hi, I have bought a flat in Navi Mumbai and I have not received the Occupation certificate. The building which was constructed come under the Coastal regulation Zone. What are the implications of it ? The building was constructed in the year 2010. Would we ever get a OC. What can we do now?

what is crz?
Q: is it wise decision to buy a flat without OC for the plot which comes under CRZ issue.
Want to buy 2 bhk prutivi manisha paradise, roadpalli, Supposed to give the possession in Jan'15.But got the information that the building is ready since last 3 years, have lots of leakage problems, the property comes under CRZ issue will not get OC.
Please suggest

DLF had been earlier fine by the Competition Commission of India for misusing its dominant position in the market. Last month, the Competition Appellate Tribunal dismissed a DLF appeal against the Rs 630-crore penalty imposed by CCI two years earlier in a case related to a Gurgaon housing complex.
