The basic infrastructure like approach roads are also not in place till now probably due to the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat. Any chances that the property may also not appreciate in future because of these reasons?

According to me, the need for completion certificates of projects at the time of registration has been done away with completely, while submission of deeds of declaration has been made mandatory for those projects sanctioned by the development authority after 2011. While we know that both Completion certificate & Deeds of declaration are very necessary for any residential project.
