But overall there has been a good appreciation of 6.37 % change for the year ending 2013. This is the best time to buy/invest in a property in Kolshet Road as there are chances that prices may go up further or drop down subject to market conditions and market risks.

Q: I shifted to Mumbai and after that I booked a flat but due to some reason the builders cancelled my booking and now again I am searching for a flat but I do not think I can afford buying a flat in my preferable place now as the rates are so damn high. Please advice.
Latest Answer: Hi Ramesk, I totally agree with you as I am also searching for an apartment. Recently I went to do a survey for an apartment the builder first quoted me 14,500 for 3bhk. After 2 weeks when I went to book it the price raised to 15,000 psqf after i discussed with my family I went to the builder for the final settlement that time the price raised to 16,000 psqf. No one seems to pay any heed in the frequent increase in the prices.
