Q: Hi Friends, While trying to get the New PID details in http://asbpa.bbmp.gov.in I am getting the information as "Missing Property". I have paid the tax up to date, Even in tax paid receipt, the New PID field is blank. Any idea on how to get the New PID allocated? will this cause any problem later? Thanks and Regards, Albin

Q: Hi friends, I am planning to purchase one BDA approved plot. Legal verification of the property is done and will be doing the sale agreement next week. I would like your opinion whether I should take help from an agent for property registration and khatha transfer. In many online forum, it is said we can do it without much hassle, But I am a non kannadiga, and my kannada knowledge is 2 on a scale of 1 - 10 :? The agent is asking for huge amount for getting it done, he says this inclused all like agreement, writing charges, khtha transfer(including under the table payments) not including the stamp and registration charges. The property tax is payed up to date, all the documents are up to date, and I am registering for the exact amount I am purchasing. Kindly give your opinion / experience. Thanks. Albin

Q: Hi, I recently saw a plot and want to purchase it. The plot is having measurement 30 * 40 but it is having additional land near that is nearly 400 sq ft The builder will give the plot to people who purchase both plot (thus making over all shape odd). Builder is saying they will give A Khatha. I am sure about 30 * 40 site that they can give A Khata. But what about the 400 sq ft? Some where I have read that minimum 600 sq ft will get A Khatha. Should I go for the property? Kindly suggest.. In site plan, 30 * 40 and 400 sq ft part is shown seperately..so I am not sure that is part of actual approved plan.. THanks in Advance.

Latest Answer: Hey Albin, I do not think there is any hard and fast rule that if the plot is minimum 600 sqft then only you will get A Khata for the property. But can take legal help from some expert.
