Dear members,
I would like to know the kind of realistic rent I can expect for a 2020sq ft semi furnished apartment with 2 covered car park in D-Block?
From couple of experts I gathered that the current rate is around 32 Rs per sqft and 3000Rs per car park.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Does the Rs 32 psf rate INCLUDE the maintenance dues or is that over and above that amount? Also, anyone have any idea what one can expect for fully furnished (as in all furniture, fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, beds, ACs, etc.)? Would appreciate if any experts can guide here.
in brigade gateway fully furnished 3bhk flats rent starts from 50,000/+maintenance and up to 1,00,000/- depending on the size. furnishing, modern fittings, and quality & brand of the white goods, interiors & view.
