For Sai Poorna Heights, the Builder has delivered work but not to our satisfaction. He had promised much more in terms of Solar Lighting, Borewell (the borewell he dug dried up / ran out, and the association had to get a new one done by itself) and Government water (we still get tankers delivering water to us) but the promises never came through. However as with respect to the quality of his building work, I believe I have not received much negative feedback. So its just a matter of keeping strict control on what you are signing / being promised by the builder.
