Ok so they've atleast updated you so much. We are kept in complete darkness and every time we reach out to them they say the approval will be ready in a week's time. Our booking deposit has been with them since December and now they are saying they will deduct 25k if the booking is cancelled. Perfect way of putting customers in a fix.
