Enquiry on completion date
Q: Hi Guys, I am prospective buyer and wanted to buy 1950sq/ft apartment for my own stay. I am due to pay booking amount early next week and downpayment (95% of BSP) after 45 days. I was browsing net to find more details about the projects executed by EMAARMGF and found a disturbing article published in Indian Express about the builders last year. I have added the link below for your reference: http://www.indianexpress.com/news/perennial-worksinprogress/518940/0 It seems that only Common Wealth Village project has been completed so far after lot of issues and delays. Rest all the projects are either abandoned or running way behind schedule. The status reported by this article is a year old when real estate market was rock bottom. I wanted to check: 1. What's the status of EmaarMGF other projects now? (if anyone is aware) 2. I understand Palm Hills was launched in Apr 10, what is the progress on construction? Is it as per the plan? 3. What is project completion date f

Typically, builders offer Rs5-10 sq/ft per month for delays beyond a specific period. 5. Has anyone taken loan from HDFC? If yes, how has been ur experience so far. I will call up builder tomorrow and confirm these things (Point 3 /4) with him. I will really appreciate if you can provide me these details.
