Q: Is it worth investing along PRR? What are upcoming projects along this corridor?

You should invest where appreciation is going to happen before it happens.Electronic city value is unlocked and hidden.As soon as the infra projects like Metro,PRR get started and Malls and Entertainment are finished value will go up many folds. I am bit confused whether I should invest in Electronic City or not. Will I get good appreciation in future?
