Latest Answer: dear All resident, i am a new owner of flat , where i have requested for the change of name of flat owner and induction of as a new member , where i get reply that the charges are Rs.100.00 membership , 400.00 annual fee and Rs. 10000.00 as a transfer fee , can any body explain me that any GBM has changed this ? beacuse as per the BY LAW the charge Rs.100.00 only!!! can any old resident will let me know is there any GBM has amended for Rs.10000.00 ????
