Experience with Forest Hills
Q: Hi, I am planning to purchase an apartment in Flushing Meadows which is right next door to Forest Hills. Just wanted to get your feedback on Nitesh Estates as well as your experience in Forest Hills

Latest Answer: Forest Hills seems dicey. There are known to be numerous consumer complaints as Nitesh Estats has been misrepresenting facts to allottees. Construction in the seconf wing had not begun even six months prior to handing over possession, this when the purchasers have no clue. Many have not received refunds and the officials in the head office refuse to pick up calls or respond to e-mails. The consumer forums online have plenty of examples.
