Hi Abhijit, SNN Raj Serenity is good but if you have a budget of around 60 lakhs,there are many other prominent builders you could go for.
Thanks for your comments! I have been trying to get few other option but unable to find anything else within 60 Lacs around off Bannerghatta Road or off Kanakpura Road. Some options I have Paramount Pilatus [location is good but not sure on quality], HM World City [good project but very slow on delivery] Do you know any other projects?

Hi Abhijit, SNN Raj Serenity, a mega township project in Begur Main Road. NDTV recommended SNN Raj Serenity as a first option project in Begur Main Road while India Today also voted SNN Raj Serenity as “A Must Visit Project". As per my knowledge, the rate quoted is Okay, there are other project in Begur where the prices are on the higher side.

Begur road, riding high on the south of Bangalore, is eyed as one of the potential areas of investment, promising higher returns. In addition to property rates, the area has witnessed a huge hike in residential rental values in the last few quarters. If you are planning for investment purpose you can fetch good appreciation.
