Q: i want to know what is the likely date of completion of this project so that we can live in our flat!

Opinion on Purchase of Flat at Ramky Towers
Q: We were considering purchase of a flat at Ramky towers wanted some information/opinions good or bad from those who have already had some dealings in this venture Thanks!

Hi Ajay, I would say if you can get a top floor, with an all inclusive rate of 3300-3400 per sqft, all amenities included and everything on paper with 100% assured date of handover you got yourself a good bargain. The only trump card with Ramky is location, 80% completed stage and some decent construction. It is an upper middle class venture. If have time you must explore many options available nearby these days....
