What happens if the original sale deed do not have regsitration receipt
Q: The seller has given original sale deed with all relevant documents. However the registration receipt of Rs. 30,000 is missing in the document

Latest Answer: Hi Rajesh, I think in your case you can apply for a duplicate copy of the same from the sub registrar office.
