Q: I'm planning to purchase in the Vakil Hosur Hills and I seek opinion from the current owners - Resident and non-resident on the property. I understand from their marketing material, there is a scheme wherein the company assures rentals in the range of Rs.15000 p.m for a period of 3 years. I want to know whether anyone who has purchased the property are aware of this scheme or is anyone availing this facility from the builder.

Hi Harikrishnan I think Vakils have come up with this scheme only recently - it wasn't there atleast till a few months ago. So I cannot comment how good it is, but owing to the current increased prices of the villas compared to prices couple of years ago, I think it is not a big deal for the builders to offer this, and it also may work out economical for buyers. Whatever be, I too love VHH and been living for last 6 months. Been loving it, and gives me peace of mind.
