Enquiry on a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar
Q: I have seen a plot in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, NTI Layout next to Sahakara Nagar/Kodigehalli. I have heard that this site has cleared litigation charges. Has someone availed a nationalized bank loan in this area?

Raghavendra, I own a land in this area 2700 Sq.Ft. Fenced property. East facing, 60 feet road. All charges paid with NTI society. NOC from NTI to sale land. BDA approved with katha and documents. Property situated in excellent location. Interest Parties, contact immidiately. Brokers please excuse.Interested in one time settlement only. Asking rate is Rs.4300. Price is little negotiable but do not expect big difference. Thanks, Abraham VP
