Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?
Is it 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apt? Also what was the booking rate? Are they negotiating? I am surprised there are apts available in block D. Hi, I had booked in block 'A' about a year back and live abroad. My wife is currently visiting India and went and saw the progress today. As per her all floors of Block A & B have been built and there are only 13 floors in each. However, I am certain that when I booked they had said there were 16 floors (for A,B,C&D).
Can people who booked flats in 'A' & 'B' tell me your thoughts? I feel they mislead buyers by showing more flats were booked when in fact they had no plans of building those floors for Block A & B.
Hi, There are 12 floors and not 16 floors in each block. I was looking at the payment schedule and it says 50% on booking & registration, 10% on piling, 10% on completion of 4th floor, 10% on 8th, 10% on 12th, 5% on plastering and 5% on hand off. I too have booked in the phase 2 - Block F. Can the moderator add me to the group?

Have you registered? i also heard about the high tension wire going right through the construction and between two phases. Were you aware when u booked it?

How many flats have been built by KG Constructions in Chennai? Can someone tell me about the builder? Is the construction firm good? How is the pricing? Does the company keep its words and deliver what it promises?
