Hi,I am planning to book a flat in Elita Promenade in phase 2 and wanted to know if the builder is offering any discount on being referred by an existing owner? Also, I had heard that phase 1 people were facing few water/leakage problems, are all those resolved? Any other word of advice is also welcome.

HI, There are lot of apt in resale also, have a look at those also. Regarding, phase 2 there may be some delay but now project is moving at god pace. Regarding your concern on leakage, this issue is in Purva Fountain and NOT in this project. Yes, there are some small issue which are common in every gated community.
