This will turn this area upside down.They will be building 8 lane highway from Hinjewadi. So schools/retails will be just 1 km away. This will be a very good option to build your own house in next 4-5 years.

Latest Answer: Thanks for your post Harsh. I recently visited the site as well and saw that the roads are all done but not much development from a livability perspective. No Electricity (common poles), water or common plumbing appears anywhere in sight. Also, when you say the rate is around 1000-1200, are we seeing transactions happening there? Are people genuinely interested in building houses here in the near future?

Q: want a resale plot in silicon city.....range there is 300-400...Please let me know if someone wants to sell..
