Approach Road for the complex
Q: Which is the approach road for the complex Prince Residenzia. We were told that there is no proper approach road for that complex and some disputes are there. Can you clarify.

No such disputes to our knowledge - only contentious issue is whether Govt. will lay the new road or builder would lay (with permission from govt.). Approach road is existing even as of now but due to construction activity, rains, wear and tear etc. has got worn out.No such disputes to our knowledge - only contentious issue is whether Govt. will lay the new road or builder would lay (with permission from govt.).
