I would like to say about Eldeco Magnolia project in sector 119. The project is under accomplishment We the buyer are receiving FDN. The hidden surprise for us is: the escalation cost around 71sq/feet and increase in super area. + other charges, such as polishing of stone etc I would like to further state that at the time of purchase we had been told that the price are firm once the unit is booked. The same has burdened around 1-1.5 lac per flat. The have increase the super area of the flat by reducing the common area and increasing the carpet area. The same has burdened approx. 1 lac to 3.7 lac per apartment. I am just attaching to drawing of unit J for your reference.
