Converted 2BHK
Q: I was shown a property which was a converted 2 BHK in the Concert Block. It had the following deviations from the Plan in the brochure: 1) The entrance was changed from Sout to East Facing 2) A small room was taken out from the living room by creating a partition. 3) The living room was extended to the edge of the balcony and was provided with a slider glass door. Could anyone please let me know, if there is an approval from BDA for this change in the floor plan. Has anyone else occupied such kind of a flat ?
