Have few questions on the quality of the project.
Q: To the owners of Concorde Manhattan : I recently visited the propery and liked one of them which we want to buy. I have few questions. Please help us with this. 1) I read through one of the media that an advocate has filed a case against Concorde for this particular property that there is a violation of land as approved by BDA. Is this true ?2) Also I saw that there is seepage problem in the common areas of the building. How bad is it ? What is the quality of sanitary fittings ?3) Are the residents allowed to use the facilities such as gym, club house with their maintenance charges or should we pay any extra amount for this ?4) Are you facing any water problems ?Would appreciate if you could answer my queries. Thanks.

Latest Answer: Not sure about it but I have also heard that there is seepage problem in the common areas of the building.
