Why the Parking Allotment is being held at bay
Q: Before signing the agreement i had requested for the parking amount to be included in the agreement, how ever it was conveniently left blank on the agreement, although it is printed in the agreement format, A reputed builder like Rustomjee should have included the parking amount( which is idealy free for residents)in the agreement so that the buyers can avail of the loan amount from the bank.
