Salarpuria is an apartment project and Serene woods a Row house. Hence the prices may not be comparable. They are quoting Rs. 4800/- sounds reasonable considering LGCL selling adjacent projects at Rs. 6000 ~ 9000 psqft range.Salarpuria is an apartment project and Serene woods a Row house.
