Plan to buy a house
Q: hi, i am in talks with sales guys of mims for buying a villa in ardendale, can you please tell me more abt the facilities and quality of construction and abt the residerns

Decent construction; thought out floor plans with well laidout roads/landscaping etc. Few cracks visible in some walls, but not sure whether they are superficial or foundational. Clubhouse is approval pending that we are fighting with MIMS for. Close to 20 families moved in; close-knit and great folks.
