Did you spoke to developer already?
Location wise its very close to ITPL and K.R Puram. The Area is not yet as populated a whitefield near forum mall but is an upcoming area. Lots of greenary in neighbourhood and very peaceful.Did you spoke to developer already?

We got our legal checks done for the Phase 1. The Skylark team was responsive when our lawyer required more documents for verification than the initial set provided by them. Since the Phase 2 is recently launched, we are not aware of the status of approvals and titles.
As far as hospitals are concerned, Vydehi and SatyaSai hospitals would be the nearest. We are not sure about clinics, yet, but very likely to have good ones within 2-3 km radius.We got our legal checks done for the Phase 1.
