Quality has been good. Atleast the first phase as the construction had happened much before... Problem has been in the timeliness. They are delayed by atleast an year. Not sure when would this be completed. Credibility seems alright. They have never lied. When they stopped construction, they were prompt to accept that they have run shortage of funds etc...
