HI Preeti, I am aware this is totally out of context, I would really appreciate if you could let me know what the rents you are presently paying in J block for a 3 bed room semi furnished apartment. I am one of the owners there and i dont live in bangalore. My tenant is now asking me to pay his maintenance charges.I was wondering if you as a tenant pay this ?? Does your rent include the maintenance??
