Regarding conducting Yoga classes in Riviera society
Q: I am a certified Yoga instructor with masters degree in Yoga Science (4 yrs teaching experience)wishing to conduct Yoga classes in Purva Riviera. Hi Sangeeta, I have low back pain problem which started after my C-section delivery, would like to you if you have any special exercise for this problem?
