Q: Hi,I am planning to book a flat in Elita Promenade in phase 2 and wanted to know if the builder is offering any discount on being referred by an existing owner? Also, I had heard that phase 1 people were facing few water/leakage problems, are all those resolved? Any other word of advice is also welcome.
