Q: I would like to buy a three bed room apt from 1100-1250 sq.ft with closed car parking and balconies.Please advise availability,price details including all charges and proximity to main road.I am a canadian citizen and a native of Chennai.What are amenities and how about quality of water for cooking and general purposes.
