It will be really frustrating for us not to have the units handed-over anything beyond May-June 2011. Most of us have availed loans and started paying EMI without getting (tax) benefits!!! Rental income opportunity is also lost due to this unacceptable delay compounding heftty EMI payments. Not to mention those who are currently living in rented houses would be having additional expense which would be significant part of their normal income. Only if we have direct appointment with Mantri Chairman and listing out the plight of the residents it will not be taken seriously.
