Neighborhood issues in Malleshpalya
Q: I am staying in an apartment and builder has made the outlets in the balcony, such that any drain water comes in my parking area and litters my car. I have informed the tenants about this but no one is ready to listen to me saying this is what we have got from the builder. To get rid of this problem what option do I have.I have already informed tenants about this problem.

Hey Avinash, since you have already informed the tenants and that they have refused to think about your problem, you should approach the builder.
I am in typical Indian situation where all fair means may not work. Builder may be least bothered or may not like to intervene. Also I do not want to be situation where I should fight it out to settle this issue. Do have I any legal option where I can try to settle this amicably.
